UPPER SCHOOL
Athletics
Athletics is an integral part of the educational journey, extending learning beyond classrooms into fields and courts. Competing in sports and on a team teaches valuable life lessons like teamwork, resilience, and leadership.
The Trinity Athletic compass is at the heart of all our programs: promoting courage, growing in wisdom, pursuing justice and self-control. Trinity aims to have these virtues instilled in athletes through our varsity programs.
Trinity School’s athletic programs are about more than competition. Trinity Athletics strives to mold well-rounded, confident individuals prepared for life's challenges.
The Trinity School Athletics program offers 10 sports and fields over 30 teams during three full seasons of education-based athletics, providing interscholastic sports for students in grades 6–12.
With more than 80% of eligible students participating in school-sponsored athletics, Trinity provides opportunities at the middle, JV, and Varsity levels. Opportunities for growth, maturity, leadership, and excellence on Trinity athletic teams allow students to support, encourage, and challenge each other while competing for both regular season, conference and postseason accolades.
