Trinity is a nondenominational Christian school that aspires to be a place where students learn that God is at the heart of all that we are and do, and that the chief purpose of our lives is to glorify God and enjoy him forever. Trinity's academic program is rooted in a classical interdisciplinary curriculum. At the core of Trinity's philosophy is the pacing of classroom learning to align with child development in ways that fit their natural inclination at each age.

Join our vibrant community, where learning is rich yet unhurried, and students are inspired by truth, goodness, and beauty.  Applications received after the deadline of January 9, 2026, will be processed and considered as they are received. While most classes are filled from our initial applicant pool, we do occasionally have spaces available in the spring and summer. For specific questions, please contact the Enrollment Management Office.

Trinity is located in Durham, North Carolina on 22 acres bordered by trails, creeks, and forests. Trinity is a CESA and SAIS-accredited independent school where children flourish in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through grade 12. We educate within the framework of Christian faith and conviction–teaching the classical tools of learning; providing a rich yet unhurried education; and communicating truth, goodness, and beauty.

Deadline Reminder

Submit your TK–K application for admission by Dec. 20, 2025. Online applications for admission to grades 1–12 are due Jan. 9, 2026.

“It has always been a desire to put our children into a school where they would be known, loved and free to flourish at their own pace. When we first looked into Trinity, we were sticker shocked and worried about how we could feasibility afford schooling. Without even giving Trinity a try, we looked into other options and moved on. We still regret that decision to this day wish we inquired sooner. Eventually, we learned our lesson and applied for our children. The flexible tuition program makes it all possible.”
